The LVLA is off and running and the league is excited to see lacrosse happening across the valley. 

Coaches and Team Managers: Please take note of these items as you head to your games each week. 

• It is best practice that you confirm your games with your opponents. You should text, call, or email them to ensure your on the same page about teams and expectations. 

• It is also a good idea to check the LVLA website and confirm that your game schedules lineup with the website.
