Manual Registration Instructions
To register off-line, you can print out the required registration forms in Adobe PDF format. The forms print out on two pages. Page one is general player information which includes your US Lacrosse number which is required prior to being allowed to participate in contact practice and league games. Page two is a Parental waiver that as well must be signed by both Player and Parent. Both pages are required in order to process your registration into the Las Vegas Lacrosse League for this upcoming 2006 Spring Season.

Most manual registrations will be processed on the same day that they are received. Once registered, you should be able to log on to the league website and see your name on the team roster. Please note that providing a accurate e-mail address will greatly assist in your coach's ability to keep you posted on practice schedules, game schedules and results.
The Las Vegas Lacrosse League is a non-profit sports group comprised of all of the Board Members, Officials, Coaches, Players, Parents and Volunteers who are dedicated to furthering the sport of Lacrosse in Las Vegas. Aside from Game Officials who are paid a nominal fee for their time, no one associated with the league derives any income or remuneration whatsoever. All funds generated through league registration will be used to offset ongoing expenses and sponsor lacrosse related activities and opportunities. Everyone is welcome to participate in our efforts and join us for our monthly meetings.
